About N5 Labs

N5 Labs is a mobile app studio operated by Noam Rahmani, based in Tel Aviv, Israel ("N5 Labs", "we", "us"). N5 Labs builds a portfolio of subscription-based apps for iOS and operates the website at n5labs.online.

These Terms apply to all N5 Labs apps and websites. An individual app may present additional, app-specific terms at download or first launch; where those conflict with these Terms, the app-specific terms control for that app.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our apps and make purchases.
• Some apps have a minimum age or other eligibility requirements shown on their App Store listing.
• You are responsible for your device, your Apple ID, and activity that occurs through them.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Many N5 Labs apps offer free access with an optional auto-renewable premium subscription. Premium plans may unlock additional features, unlimited usage, advanced tools, or AI-generated content depending on the app. Available plans may include weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions, and lifetime access where offered. The exact price, plan length, and trial eligibility are shown before you confirm payment.

• Apple App Store: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID account settings.
• Web checkout: purchases made on our website are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions. Web subscriptions renew until canceled; you can manage them using the link in your receipt email or by contacting support.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Pricing may vary by app, country, promotion, and selected plan; the final price is always shown before checkout. See our Pricing page for current ranges.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are refunded by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms; purchases made through web checkout are handled by Paddle and N5 Labs as described in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the apps, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our services or other users' data.
• Do not use our apps or content in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes third-party rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the apps except to the extent permitted by law.

Informational content; no professional advice

Some N5 Labs apps provide informational or educational content — for example fasting, fitness, nutrition, study, or exam-preparation tools. This content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and exam-prep content is a study aid rather than an official source.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on the apps. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate, especially before starting a health, fasting, or fitness routine.

Intellectual property and AI-generated content

The apps, websites, and their content are owned by N5 Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the apps for their intended purpose.

Some apps generate content (such as songs, images, or text) using third-party AI services. Subject to those providers' terms and applicable law, content you generate is yours to use for lawful purposes; you are responsible for the inputs you provide and how you use the outputs.

Third-party services

Our apps rely on third-party services, including Apple (App Store and device platform), Paddle (web payments and Merchant of Record), RevenueCat (subscription and entitlement management), product-analytics providers, and AI/content providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

Availability and changes

N5 Labs may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any app or feature. Features may vary by device, iOS version, region, subscription status, and third-party service availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The apps and websites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, N5 Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the apps or websites.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date on this page will be updated when material changes are made, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
