Privacy Policy

Who we are

N5 Labs is a mobile app studio operated by Noam Rahmani, based in Tel Aviv, Israel. N5 Labs is the controller responsible for personal information processed through its apps and the n5labs.online website. You can reach us at support@n5labs.com.

This policy applies across N5 Labs apps and websites. A specific app may add detail about data unique to that app on its App Store listing or in-app privacy notice.

Information we process

What we process depends on the app, and most app content is stored on your device. Broadly, we may process the categories below.

• Content and preferences you create in an app (for example entries, settings, and progress), much of which stays on your device.
• Subscription and entitlement status (whether you have an active free or premium plan).
• Device and diagnostic information used to operate the app and fix problems.
• Support communications you send to us.
• Inputs you submit to AI features (for example a message, prompt, or photo) so the app can generate a result.
• Order and billing information for web purchases, handled by our payment provider as described below.

Payments

• Apple App Store purchases are processed by Apple. N5 Labs does not receive your full payment-card details.
• Web checkout purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles your payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive transaction and subscription status, not full card numbers.
• RevenueCat helps us manage purchases, subscriptions, restorations, and entitlement access.

Analytics and diagnostics

Some apps and pages use privacy-respecting product analytics (such as PostHog) to understand how features are used, diagnose crashes, and improve performance. We use this to improve the product, not to build advertising profiles.

AI-generated features

Some apps generate content (such as songs, images, stories, or text) by sending the input you provide to third-party AI providers. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information you would not want processed by those providers, whose terms and privacy policies also apply.

Device permissions

Some apps request optional device permissions — for example Apple Health, photos, microphone, camera, or notifications. These are optional, are only used to provide the related feature, and can be changed or revoked at any time in iOS Settings. We do not sell health data.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our apps and websites.
• To manage subscriptions, entitlements, and purchases.
• To respond to support requests and diagnose issues.
• To comply with legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and App Store obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the apps — such as Apple, Paddle, RevenueCat, analytics providers, and AI/content providers — and where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the apps and for legitimate or legally required purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing — including rights under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA. To make a request, email support@n5labs.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, subscription, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) unless an app's listing states otherwise, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as our apps and websites change. The effective date on this page will be updated when material changes are made.
