Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the digital subscriptions and one-time purchases offered by N5 Labs through its mobile apps and web checkout. N5 Labs builds subscription-based mobile apps for iOS; all products are digital software.

Digital products

N5 Labs sells digital software products: app subscriptions, premium feature access, and AI-generated content delivered through our iOS apps. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period (weekly, monthly, or annual) until canceled. Lifetime purchases, where offered, are one-time payments for ongoing access.

Because products are digital and access is granted immediately, refunds are handled as described below and, where required, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store

Most N5 Labs purchases are made as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. For these purchases, Apple is the seller of record and processes all refunds under the Apple Media Services Terms.

  • Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from your iOS device.
  • Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • N5 Labs cannot directly issue or reverse charges for App Store purchases; they are governed by Apple's policies.

Purchases made through web checkout

For purchases made on our website through our payment provider, Paddle (which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions), you can request a refund by contacting N5 Labs.

  • Email support@n5labs.com with your order or receipt details.
  • We review refund requests and respond within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Refund eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy. For purchases not made through the Apple App Store, N5 Labs will generally provide a refund in cases such as the following, and in any other circumstances required by applicable law:

  • Accidental or duplicate charges.
  • A technical problem that prevents access to the purchased product and that we are unable to resolve.
  • Other circumstances required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Consumer rights (EU / UK and others)

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. By choosing to access or download digital content immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

  • App Store subscriptions: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Web subscriptions: use the manage link in your receipt email, or contact support@n5labs.com.
